More and more customers do not search Google: they ask an assistant and take the answer at face value. That answer contains two or three names. I check whether yours is one of them, and what it would take to get there.
Before offering this to anyone, I analysed an entire local market: every dental practice in Girona, Spain. I asked ChatGPT and Perplexity what a patient would ask, and wrote down — verbatim — which practices they named and which sources they cited. Then I examined every one of those websites.
I also found something I did not expect: ChatGPT and Perplexity barely agree. Given the same question they returned almost disjoint lists, because each one reads different directories. Two of the practices recommended for Girona are not even in Girona — one is in Tossa de Mar, another in Palamós.
The conclusion is slightly uncomfortable: this is not a quality contest. A practice with 44 five-star reviews can be invisible while a chain with good directory placement takes the recommendation.
I have since run the same analysis in Amsterdam. The method does not change with the country — only the directories the assistants read do.
A one-page report, free and with no obligation. It contains:
It is done from the outside. I need no access to your website, your analytics, or anything else of yours. Every claim in the report is one you can check yourself in a minute.
The first audit is free. If you then want me to make the changes, I quote a fixed price against exactly what the report identifies. No monthly retainer to start.
SEO places you in a list of results the user scans and filters. Here there is no list: the user receives one answer with two or three names. Either you are in it or you do not exist for that person. They are two different jobs, and almost nobody is doing the second one yet.
No. I used dental practices as a test bed because I wanted to analyse a complete market rather than one isolated case. The method is the same for any business: restaurants, garages, law firms, clinics, shops.
Spain. All the work is remote and none of it needs me in the room — the audit is run from the outside and the fixes are made in your site's code or your directory listings. Time zone is the only thing worth mentioning, and it has not been a problem yet.
The name of the business, the city and what you do. Nothing else.
Email me the name of your business and your city. I will send the report back in a few days.
